Simple Meal Templates
Based on your eating preferences and the food you’re already eating, we modify the protein, carbs, vegetables, and fats to suit your goals. I make it simple. No complicated recipes. We can do this gradually or quickly, depending on your goals and what you can handle.

Manage Calories
Calories have to be managed. Based on your preference, we can use appetite awareness or macro/calorie tracking. Both systems have pros and cons, and both work.

Treat Strategies
I say “treats”, not “cheats”, because everything we eat has a purpose and is part of the plan. If you have a contentious relationship with treats, I can help you overcome that, and have more control and peace with your eating.

Body Composition Testing
Inbody scans (Bioelectrical impedance), Bod Pods, and Dexa scans are not accurate! So I combine body fat caliper testing, tape measures, and weight, to give you accurate data on your body composition. This informs me to make confident recommendations for your training and nutrition plans.

Outcome Anticipation
I’ve been doing this for so long that I can predict what’s going happen before it happens, and course-correct your nutrition and exercise programs proactively. I’m looking at objective data (body composition, macros, etc.) and subjective analysis (your energy, mental health, engagement etc.). This is why you hire an experienced coach.

How we Connect
In-person, phone, video call, text, or email. Whatever works for you is how we are going to work together and stay connected. What works best is a combination of the above. I also encourage clients to reach out to me whenever they need to.

Sports Nutrition
Not just for athletes! Everyone should know what to eat and drink before, during, and after exercise for optimal results! This can be really simple, or, for my elite clients, it is incredibly specific.

Supplements make some people uncomfortable. I understand that. No celebrity endorsements or bro science here. Science-based recommendations only!

All nutrition success comes down to what a person can implement.
You will choose me as a coach if you want lasting behaviour change around your eating and exercise. I leverage a combination of systems such as motivational interviewing, CBT, and simply reaching out between sessions to check on my clients.
