    I am the antidote to the toxic fitness industry. 20 years of nutrition and fitness coaching. Clients include pro athletes and everyday people. I love the feeling of seeing people get unstuck, get healthier, and live richer lives. I help with fat loss, muscle gain, athletes, sports nutrition, exercise, stress-eating, and long-term results.

    Zen has a Kinesiology degree and that makes him a rare gem in the training market (and a safe trainer to hire). He has worked in collegiate high performance centres, and offers group classes, virtual training, and house calls. He helps clients brand new to exercise or high performance athletes.
