"Where can we train?"
I use several facilities in Toronto . I also make house calls. Contact me for more info.

"I want to still look feminine. I don't want to get bulky."
This is a common concern for women. To look "bulky" or "like a man" a woman would have to train and eat in a very specific way. When women work with me to lose weight, they lose fat, and their dress sizes go down, not up.

"What's your school of thought?"
I'm big on spinal health, integrated exercises, periodization, and having fun in the gym.
