No more crazy diets. I teach you:
  • What to eat
  • When
  • How much
  • How to fit nutrition into your life
  • How to succeed long term

Each week you'll get a nutrition goal that is easy to implement, and will provide immediate results. Seem too good to be true? Well, eventually everyone hits the point where the program becomes difficult. This is where coaching helps you change old habits.

Nutrition FAQ

“Can I get a meal plan?”
Yes, and I’ll teach you how to eat right without a diet, for the rest of your life.

“What’s your school of thought?”
Through coaching I help you change the way you eat. I want you eating real food with
perhaps an occasional supplement or vitamin. I have an evidence-based practice, which
means I only make a recommendation if it is backed by clinical research or a ton of
anecdotal evidence. My sessions are client-centred which means you help make the
plan.

“My nutrition is pretty good - let’s skip this part.”
Congratulations on mastering the most important aspect to your health!
I might still be able to help you.
