“I eat pretty well. Do I need a nutritionist?”

Well, 90% of the people I assess have about 6/10 nutrition and are working very hard but not working smart. No one I’ve met scored higher than 7.5/10. There is a ton of misinformation out there.


“I know what to do, I just don’t do it.”

A big part of what I do is teaching you how to fit nutrition into your life. There are things nutrition can do for you that you don’t even know are possible.


“I don’t want to go on a diet or make big changes to my routine.”


Great. I guarantee I can find a few EASY changes you can make to your nutrition that will make a HUGE difference in how you feel and look. Big changes are only little changes occurring over time.


“You are expensive!”


Well actually I’m in the mid-range of my profession. Imagine that after a few hours with me, every workout you have for the rest of your life provides more gains. I know how to increase your fat loss with a few simple changes (that you don’t know about). I add a few years (maybe 20) to your life by preventing chronic diseases and reducing stress. And I cost WAY less than seeing a personal trainer over and over again. I make exceptions for poor young athletes and single parents. Group rates too.


“Are you covered on extended health insurance or OHIP?”


Possibly. I’m not registered under any college or body. Some companies have “general health use” that you can write off anything. You may be able to write me off as a personal trainer.


“Do you practice what you preach?”

Yes. But I didn’t always. First I needed the knowledge. Then through small changes over time I have shifted to excellent nutrition 90% of the time, slip ups and treats 10% of the time. I have mentors and health professionals that keep me on track.
